gi/no-gi submission grappling jiu-jitsu class
The Gi/No-Gi Submission Grappling Jiu-Jitsu class includes a variety of techniques including; throws/takedowns (illegal in Judo), pins, submissions (chokes, armbars, leg locks, heel hooks), and combat jiu-jitsu. To perform these techniques, grapplers must rely on different body mechanics.
This class will also help build endurance, help develop good technique and is excellent for competitive training.
We alternate between gi and no-gi during the month. The first two weeks of the month (1-15) we practice with gi, last two weeks of the month (16-30/31) we practice with no-gi.
Jiu-Jitsu Class – Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7pm to 8pm.
